Local Coffee - San Antionio

by - October 08, 2018

Bryan & I visited San Antonio for the first time this weekend & of course we needed to make a stop at a local coffee shop. Ironically enough the place we found was called Local Coffee.

We loved the 'vibe' of the place. There were people working on laptops alone, as well as small groups socializing. There was a large bar area with stools to sit and work, as well as a smaller seating area with some chairs. Located outside was a large bar, as well as many tables & chairs which is where we decided to sit.

There was a lot going on outside of the shop, as there was a farmers market going on, so it was nice place to chat & people watch. The area was full of a very friendly crowd - mostly families the day we decided to stop in, Sunday.

As far as the menu goes I ordered a latte & Bryan asked the barista for the sweetest drink on the menu. I decided to go with vanilla syrup & Bryan ended up with an iced mocha. We were both super happy with the coffee & took some time to enjoy it outdoors before we headed back to Austin.

There is so much to see & do in the area that it is a good idea to grab a coffee to go! Bryan & I both agree this is a great place to make a stop with some friends while out shopping, or exploring San Antonio. It is the perfect coffee shop to gather or meet with a small group!
