Alfred Coffee (Austin, TX)
Okay I need to start this post off right away by saying YES! This place is worth all of the hype!
Some of you may know that Alfred has a few locations in California & is known as a Cali brand, but they do have a location in the Line hotel right downtown Austin, TX.
I gave it a try a few weeks ago & now I just can't stop going back!
I love that the shop is located in a hotel lobby. I love the hustle & bustle of the city travelers. The busy lobby vibe is perfect for going to chat with friends, or when you need to get work done, but don't want to sit in silence.
I have been bringing my laptop there a lot recently to get work done. Something about the chaos around me helps me focus (just me?)
I have also found this is a great place to meet friends or go on dates! Since it's located downtown right next to the congress bridge there is so much to do around it! You could easily hit the city, or head down the steps by the congress bridge for a super scenic walk/jog! Bryan & I love coming here together!
As for the coffee -- wow! It is soooo good! They use beans from Stumptown Roasters & I love it! I ordered the vanilla latte & Bryan got the mocha we both agree it's one of the best lattes we have ever had. The aftertaste of the beans is AMAZING!

The baristas are always super friendly too - which is a bonus!
The bathroom even adds to Alfred's unique charm - I mean look at this place!
Overall, I highly suggest giving this place a try! Also, check them out on instagram! It might be my favorite coffee shop instagram ever!
